You can ask us to delete your Dustoq account and personal data at any time. This works for customer and partner accounts.
What we delete
- Your name, email and photo
- Saved addresses and map pins
- Your cars
- Notifications and wallet balance
- Partner documents (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie) and UPI ID
What we keep
Booking and payment records, without your name or contact details, for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. After that they are deleted too.
Requests are completed within 7 days.
