These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dustoq app and website, operated by Dustoq. By creating an account or booking a service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Dustoq is a platform that connects customers with independent, verified cleaning professionals ("partners") for services such as water tank cleaning, car cleaning, and home cleaning. Partners are independent service providers, not employees of Dustoq.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your phone and one-time codes private.
- We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or misuse the platform.
Bookings and prices
- Prices are shown upfront and may vary by area, option, quantity and supplies. Quantity discounts and wallet credits are applied as shown at checkout.
- A booking is confirmed once payment ("Pay now") or the advance ("Book your slot") is received. Unpaid bookings are released after 30 minutes.
- For slot bookings, the balance is paid to the professional after the service, by cash or UPI.
- Share the 4-digit start code with the professional only when they arrive.
Daily car cleaning plans
- Plans are billed for 30-day periods and paid in advance. Renew before the period ends to continue.
- Cleaning happens once a day in your chosen time window, with before and after photos. Missed cleans caused by us can be reported from the app.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel a booking before the professional starts the job. Wallet money used on a cancelled booking returns to your wallet.
- Refunds for online payments, where due, are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refer & Earn and wallet
- Rewards are earned as described in the app when people you invite complete bookings or jobs. Rewards and rules may change or end at any time.
- Wallet credit can only be used on Dustoq bookings, cannot be transferred, and is not redeemable for cash (except partner referral earnings, which are paid out).
- Rewards gained through fake accounts, self-referrals or other misuse may be cancelled.
Partners
- Partners must complete verification, keep their documents valid, and follow safety and quality standards.
- Partners earn the share of each job shown in the app. Payouts are made to the UPI ID on file.
Conduct
Treat professionals and customers with respect. Harassment, fraud, unsafe behaviour or damage to property may lead to suspension and, where needed, reporting to authorities.
Liability
We take care to verify partners and resolve issues fairly. To the extent permitted by law, Dustoq's liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Report any damage or problem from the booking in the app within 48 hours.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will show the updated date on this page. You can stop using Dustoq and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts where Dustoq is registered.
